Ordering Instructions

GUIDELINES - PLEASE READ CAREFULL

(Pick-up days listed in #8)  

1.       Please make sure all the needed information on your form is completely filled out (PLEASE PRINT).  Include: name, address, and phone number.

2.       The 6% early order discount only applies to orders which are paid in full prior to the September 3, 2007 deadline.  Also, the discount only applies to trees.

3.       There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.

4.        Delivery (OPTIONAL): The cost of delivery is the greater of $15.00 or 15% of your order.  Please provide delivery information:  include any information and cross roads that will help the delivery person.    

5.       If for some reason you are unable to get your trees during the scheduled pick-up days call our office before October 5^th and we will help you with alternate arrangements.  810-320-8766 ext. 3.  Office will be closed October 8^th, 2007 (Columbus Day).  There will be a $15.00 service fee for cancellations made two weeks prior to pick up date.

6.       Unless prior arrangements are made with our office, orders which are not picked up by 4:30 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2007 will be considered cancelled and money forfeited. The trees will then be put up for re-sale.

7.      THE GENESEE CONSERVATION DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR REFUND PAYMENT DUE TO CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  No matter how much we may like to, we CANNOT GUARANTEE anyone’s order or the life of their trees.  We strongly suggest you CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE the premises.

8.      TREE PICK-UP will be at our office at 1525 N. Elms Road, Flint on

   Wednesday, Oct. 10^th, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 11^th, 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

 Friday, Oct. 12th, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

9.     Any extra inventory will be sold beginning October 10^th during pickup times until gone.

10.    A reminder card will not be mailed due to budget restraints. Please mark your calendar!    Anyone who provides us with an E-mail address will get an E-reminder.

UNTIL SEPTEMBER 28, 2007

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is unlawful for these trees to be resold with the roots attached.
