Ordering Instructions

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING ORDER FORM

1. Click on the order form button at the bottom of this page and print the order form.

2. Please make sure all the needed information on your form is completely filled out (PLEASE PRINT).  Include: name, address, and phone number.

3. The 6% early order discount only applies to orders which are paid in full prior to the March 2, 2007 deadline.  Also, the discount only applies to trees. 

4. Delivery (OPTIONAL): The cost of delivery is the greater of $15.00 or 15% of your order.  Please make sure you fill out all the delivery information asked for.  Delivery of planting bars will be charged an additional $5.00 per bar.

5. If for some reason you are unable to get your trees during the scheduled pick-up days call our office before April 13^th and we will help you with alternative arrangements.  810-230-8766 ext.3

6. Unless prior arrangements are made with our office, orders which are not picked up by 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2007 will be considered cancelled and money forfeited. The trees will then be put up for re-sale. 

7. THE GENESEE CONSERVATION DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR REFUND PAYMENT DUE TO CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  No matter how much we may like to, we CANNOT GUARANTEE anyone’s order or the life of their trees.  We strongly suggest you CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE the premises.

8. Tree pick-up at Wolcott’s Orchard, 3284 W. Coldwater Road,     Mt. Morris (between Jennings and Clio Roads)            

*Wednesday, April 18^th, from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.               

*Thursday, April 19^th from 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.                       

*Friday, April 20^th from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No Saturday pick-up.

9. Any extra inventory will be sold during pickup days.   

10. A reminder card with your order number will be sent to you approximately one week before pickup time.

MARCH 2, 2007

ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT FULL COST

UNTIL MARCH 30, 2007

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is unlawful for these trees to be resold with the roots attached.
